These adjustable heel lifts are made from 3 layers of 1/8" dense, rubber like material. They are resilient and long lasting.

Our heel lifts, insoles, and heel chips are designed to all work together, and can be easily trimmed with scissors, for a perfect fit.

    No BS. Durable, easy to use. I use one layer thicker on one leg and it fixes all my lower back problems.

    Who knew that your shoes were the problem? Well, you can fix that with this product. I never thought that my bad posture had anything to do with my shoes. But, these heel lifts allow me to breathe deeper, stand up straighter, and feel stronger. Such a simple thing, but along with the insoles, heel chips, and Dots, if needed, this is the right stuff. There's no fluff with EZ Posture Products; they're scientific and proven, and just down right smart!

    Wow what a difference. The moment I was introduced to these heel lifts I never looked back. I use them in every pair of shoes/boots I have. Its hard to believe something so simple makes such a huge difference but it truly does. I actually stand more upright because of them and as a result my back doesn't get as sore. You can't even feel the heel lift in your shoe, all you feel is the results! I also feel much more sturdy with them in, my overall balance is better. Thanks for another great product!
